DRD液壓支架智能化系統(tǒng)由電氣,電液主控閥組,輔閥三部分組成。電氣部分包括中央計算機、井下服務(wù)器、支架控制器、電源箱、位移傳感器、壓力傳感器、紅外線發(fā)射器、傾角傳感器、無線遙控器、多功能傳感器以及人員定位卡等;電液主控閥組部分包括主控閥、電磁先導(dǎo)閥;輔閥部分包括立柱液控單向閥、單向鎖、雙向鎖、安全閥等。

DRD液壓支架智能化系統(tǒng)具有綜采工作面基本電液控的鄰架成組自動控制、跟機自動控制、地面通訊和遠程監(jiān)測的功能,還新增:遠程無線遙控控制、人員定位、人員安全防護、支架采高和傾角等姿態(tài)監(jiān)測功能,實現(xiàn)低能耗、高效率、安全生產(chǎn),滿足用戶對安全生產(chǎn)和效益最大化的要求。

DRD intelligent electro-hydraulic control support system consists of three parts: electric control main valve, electro-hydraulic control main valve, and auxiliary valve. DRD intelligent electro-hydraulic contol system has the following functions for the fully mechanized longwall, such as: group automatic control for nei***oring shields basic of fully mechanized longwall, following-Shearer automatic control, communication and remote monitoring on the ground. It also has new following functions: wireless remote control, identification of person’s position, personnel safety protection, monitoring the status o height measuring and inclination.
